All that we ask is that you bring the cycle back to us 3 to 5 weeks after the date of purchase.
At this time we will ensure that any cables that may have been stretched or bedded down, can be reset before permanent damage is done.
This after sales service is free for a maximum of 3 months, ensuring that all customers can claim their first free service,
whether they have used the cycle as much as first planned or not.
